Rob Toyer - Pos. 5

Background
Rob Toyer, a lifelong Marysville resident, was sworn in as one of two new Council members on Jan. 3, 2012 and previously served on the Planning Commission. He spent 6 years serving in the Marine Corps and in 2003 as a Reservist. He was called to active duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom before an honorable discharge as a Sergeant in 2007. He founded Toyer Wealth Management in 2010. Toyer earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Washington University and is currently active in several business and community organizations in Snohomish County, including serving on the Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. When Rob's not watching the market or studying for exams, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing, fishing, boating, reading and fine dining.
