Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation extends an invitation to all Men’s Rec and Co-Ed teams to participate in the 2020 Softball Leagues. It is our focus to offer a league that is of the highest quality. A league where all players, regardless of their ability, will find an enjoyable broad base of competition in one of several divisions. Please pay close attention to the dates and procedures listed in this brochure to assure your team a place in one of our leagues. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at the numbers listed below. All games are played at Marysville Pilchuck High School Playfields.

Teams may also register in person at the Parks and Recreation office
located in Jennings Memorial Park. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed 1-2pm for lunch.
League play will be sanctioned under rules of the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). Registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Partial fees cannot be accepted. Both Visa and Master Card are accepted. Teams are required to submit an official Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation League Roster signed by all players, at the Mandatory Manager’s Meeting. No practice times will be issued until your team is registered and an official roster has been submitted.
Spring Softball League
Men’s Rec Division
Season: April 13 through June 29 Format: *All teams will play 16 games. The top 4 teams in each division will play a Single Elimination tournament.
Fees: $760.00/team/16 games Registration Period: 2/18/20 to 3/27/20 (or until full) *All teams will play back to back double headers.
Games will start at 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. See registration form for schedule.
Sunday Co-Ed “Rec” League
Season: April 12 through June 28 Format: The Co-Ed Sunday league plays on Sunday afternoons. *All Sunday Co-Ed teams will play 14 games. The top 75% of teams will play a Single Elimination tournament.
Fees: $660/team/14 games
Registration Period: 2/18/20 to 3/27/20 (or until full)
*All teams will play back to back double headers. Games will be played Sunday afternoons and evenings with start times of 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
Summer Softball Leagues
Men’s and Co-ed Division
Season: July 14 through August 26 Format: *All teams will play 10 games. Fees: $500.00 per team
Registration Period: 6/1/20 to 7/2/20 (or until full) *All teams will play back to back double headers. Games will start at 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Sunday through Friday with the exception of Sundays when game times are 3:30p.m. and 4:45 p.m. or 6:00p.m. and 7:15p.m.
Practice Reservation Procedures: Parks & Recreation will take field reservations for field practice times
beginning on Thursday, March 19th at 9:00 a.m. for any team that has completed
registration requirements and paid fees. All reservations are for the Marysville
Pilchuck High School Complex only.
No other school district facilities are to be utilized for adult league play or practice. Teams can call (360)363-8400 to make their reservation. Both weekend and weeknight practice times will be available. Weekend practice times will be 2 hour time assignments, with weeknight assignments scheduled from 6 pm to dusk. After the practice reservation is made, a representative for your team must stop by the Marysville Parks and Recreation office to secure a Field Use Permit. The Field Use Permit is required when you arrive at the fields. Teams without a Field Use Permit may be asked to leave the field. Teams must make sure they leave dugouts and field areas clean.

3/27 Last day to register for Spring League.

4/12 Spring League play begins.
6/1 Registration for Summer League begins.
7/2 Last day to register for Summer League.
7/8 Mandatory Manager’s Meeting for Summer Leagues, 6:00 p.m. Rotary Ranch at Jennings Park 6915 Armar Rd, Marysville 7/12 Summer League play begins.
