The City of Marysville offers FREE lifetime pet licenses for all spayed and neutered dogs or cats. Owners of intact animals are not eligible for a lifetime license; they must pay a fee and renew their pet's license each year. Please see our fee schedule below for more information

- Use our online animal license application
- OR download and complete an application
- OR pick up an application at City Hall
- Your application must include your dog or cat’s name, color, breed and whether your pet has been neutered or spayed. To get a lifetime license, you must provide a veterinarian’s statement or other written proof showing that your pet has been neutered or spayed
- Mail your application or return in person to Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Ave., Marysville WA 98270
- Intact animals - $25 per year. If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, you must purchase a license for $25 each year. The license expires Dec. 31 and must be renewed by Feb. 14 to avoid an extra $5 charge.
- Intact animals with microchip - $10 per year. If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, you must purchase a license for $10 each year. The license expires Dec. 31 and must be renewed by Feb. 14 to avoid an extra $5 charge.
- Senior discount - $15 per year. Residents ages 60 and older who own intact animals may purchase a discounted license for $15 each year. The license expires Dec. 31 and must be renewed by Feb. 14 to avoid an extra $5 charge.
- Replacement tags - $5. If your pet loses his or her tag, you can purchase a replacement.
