Vendor Opportunities

There are multiple vendor opportunities during Merrysville for the Holidays. Business and organizations are welcome to join the festivities for free by offering give-ways, kid's crafts or photo ops. The event also allows for vendors selling food or handmade crafts for a $30 fee.

Vendors are responsible for all of the booth set-up including providing your own tent, tables, chairs and power. Power will not be available this year due to construction so please plan for your own lighting and power source. The vendors booths will be open for the public between 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (or until the parade ends), and set-up begins at 2 p.m. The booth spaces are 10'x10' feet and will be spaced out, so please bring the tent sides if you would like a closure on the back or sides of your tent.

To be considered for this event, complete a Vendor Interest Form. Contact parksandrec@marysvillewa.gov or 360-363-8450 with any questions.
