Marysville vacancy on city board serving retired law enforcement

LEOFF Disability Board - apply by Dec. 1 to help serve retired Marysville Police Officers

Marysville residents are invited to apply to serve on the city board that reviews applications for medical, dental and vision treatment for members of the LEOFF (Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’) Retirement Plan 1. 

The five-member LEOFF Disability Board meets at 3:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of every odd-numbered month. The pending vacancy is for a member at large to serve a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2024. You must live within Marysville city limits to apply. The other board members are two members of the City Council and two LEOFF 1 Police officers. 

To apply, submit a letter of interest and resume by Friday, Dec. 1, to tlester@marysvillewa.gov or Teri Lester, Human Resources Manager, City of Marysville, 501 Delta Ave., Marysville WA 98270.
