Teen in stabbing case booked for domestic assault

On February 24, 2017 @ approximately 10:44 AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7200 block of 35th PL N.E. regarding a report of an adult male bleeding from the chest. The preliminary investigation revealed that a father and teen-aged son were involved in a physical altercation, which resulted in the father being stabbed in the shoulder area.

The father was transported via ambulance to Colby Campus for the knife injury. The son was transported via ambulance for injuries sustained to his arm and face.

UPDATE: The juvenile subject involved in this incident was booked into the Denny Youth Center based on the Probable Cause developed for the charge of Assault 1st Domestic Violence.

The investigation continues with the Marysville Detective Unit.
