Attention, drivers: Grove Street road work starts May 3

City of Marysville work to improve Grove Street between State Avenue and 47th Avenue Northeast is scheduled to begin tomorrow (Wednesday, May 3).

Traffic will be reduced to one lane during working hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. While work is underway, drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes such as 76th Street Northeast if possible. Work is expected to conclude by the end of July.

Project elements include 1,250 feet of new 8-inch sewer line, new pedestrian ramps, traffic signal improvements, an asphalt overlay, and road striping. The work is being performed by SRV Construction of Oak Harbor.
