Construction starts early April on new Marysville water main

Work to build a new water main along Sunnyside Boulevard Northeast is expected to begin April 9. Construction of the 537-linear-foot project will start at Soper Hill Road and extend north to 29th Place Northeast. It includes building a new water main and services in the northbound lane of Sunnyside Boulevard Northeast. The project is expected to be complete in May.

Residents and travelers on Sunnyside Boulevard Northeast can expect single-lane closures with flaggers and potential delays.

This $141,671 project was included in the city's 2018-18 biennial budget. Contractor SRV Construction, Inc., is performing the work.
