Soil drilling Friday may impact traffic on 152nd St NE, 51st Ave NE

MIC roadway loop

On Friday, April 13, crews will be performing three geotechnical soil borings within the city right of way on 152nd Street NE near the Marysville School District property and on 51st Avenue NE north of 152nd Street NE. Single-lane closures are needed to complete this work and a flagger will be on site to help direct traffic. Road closures are expected to start at 8:30 a.m. and last into the day.

OTAK, Inc., and subconsultant GeoEngineers will perform this work in preparation for city roadway improvements to support future development in the Arlington-Marysville Manufacturing Industrial Area. Those improvements include a roadway ‘loop’ and necessary utility infrastructure.
