Mask distribution Sept. 3 at Marysville Library

Got masks? The City of Marysville’s Emergency Management division is pleased to announce a free drive-through mask distribution for Marysville residents on Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Marysville Library, 6120 Grove St. Hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m.

The city received cloth masks from Snohomish County and the State of Washington to distribute to Marysville residents.

The State of Washington has three orders in place requiring face covers for the public, for employers and workers, and for businesses: https://coronavirus.wa.gov/information-for/you-and-your-family/face-masks-or-cloth-face-covering

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people wear cloth face covers in public to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/cloth-face-cover-guidance.html
