How do you envision Marysville’s downtown future?

As the City of Marysville begins its update of the Downtown Master Plan, we want to hear from residents, businesses and other stakeholders about priorities for the evolution of downtown Marysville.

We’ve launched an interactive map feature for review and comment about the values you think should guide future development, housing types, transportation, neighborhoods and more. Participants can add photos or comments and ‘vote’ on project markers. Visit online and add your comments by Oct. 30 at https://www.marysvillewa.gov/358/6223/Downtown-Master-Plan.

The focus of this Downtown Master Plan work is to update existing guidelines on land uses, urban design elements related to site layout and building orientation, architectural elements and relationships to parking, open space, landscaping, signage/way finding, pedestrian circulation and corridors, landscaping and utilities.
