Murder Suspects in Custody

Marysville—November 17th, 7:00 AM

 This is an update to the investigation into the Homicide of 42 year old Marysville man Jason M. Castle.  This Homicide occurred in the early morning hours of November 8th, 2020 near the Shell Station at 3506 88th St NE. 

 During the evening of November 16th, a 36 year old Everett man, Lyon “Nick” Torns, turned himself in to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, NV.  Torns had an outstanding Murder warrant that was issued from the Snohomish County Superior Court in relation to this Homicide investigation.  

 At about 4:00 AM this morning, November 17th, the Marysville Police arrested a 30 year old Transient Everett man in the 24000 block of Van Ray Blvd in Mountlake Terrace, WA.  James B. Flowers was taken into custody without incident at the Studio 6 Motel.  The following agencies assisted the Marysville Police with the arrest of Flowers; Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies, Mountlake Terrace Police, Lynnwood Police, Edmonds Police, and the Everett Police Department.  Flowers was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on Murder 1st Degree and Robbery 1st Degree charges related to this case.

 Our investigation is still ongoing.
