National Night Out is back! Join us Aug. 3

National Night Out Aug. 3 5:30-7 p.m. at Jennings Park, 6915 Armar Rd.

Come meet your local Police and Fire first responders, watch a Police K-9 demonstration, and learn how to keep your home and your neighborhood safer – and it’s all free! Marysville’s National Night Out takes place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, at Jennings Park, 6915 Armar Rd.

Bring family and friends to stop by and enjoy:

  • Hot dogs
  • Popsicles
  • Marysville Police and Fire
  • Police K-9 demonstration
  • Neighborhood Watch program information
  • Community organization and vendor booths.

We also encourage residents to host their own neighborhood National Night Out events to get to know each other better. Neighbors looking out for each other are a powerful crime deterrent. If your neighborhood plans a get-together, you can register in advance to ask law enforcement and city staff to stop by that evening if they are available.

We’re also accepting vendor applications from groups who want to participate in the Jennings Park event. Vendors must be related to neighborhood safety, preparedness or community engagement and provide a free safety activity that encourages participation.

For more information, to register your neighborhood event for a first responder visit, or to apply to join the public event as a vendor, please visit https://www.marysvillewa.gov/933/National-Night-Out.
