Notice is hereby given that on March 1, 2023, an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department seeking approval of a Preliminary Subdivision with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review for the construction of a 12-lot subdivision on approximately 4.65 acres and associated improvements. The project proposes use of on-site density transfer for critical areas, in accordance with MMC 22E.010.360. The subject property is known to contain a Category II wetland. The project has submitted an Engineering Development and Design (EDDS) variance to allow construction and use of an alley to access three (3) lots.
