New Marysville 3rd Street Farmers Market coming in June

Marysville 3rd Street Farmers Market

When the work week is over, wouldn’t it be wonderful to stop by a local farmers market for produce, flowers and perhaps a gift for a loved one? Folks in Marysville will be able to do just that starting Friday, June 9, from 2 to 6 p.m. on 3rd Street east of State Avenue.

“I’m excited about the new market coming to Marysville,” Mayor Jon Nehring said. “It will offer fun new shopping options for residents and introduce visitors to our charming 3rd Street business district. What a great way to kick off the weekend!”

The new Marysville 3rd Street Farmers Market is directed by Gary Purves, who brings years of experience and a strong track record with the successful Everett Farmers Market.

“We’re happy to bring the farmers market to 3rd Street and looking forward to meeting the community,” Purves said.

Market vendors will sell an array of products representing the four sectors of growers, processors, artists and concessions.  Find vendor information and an application at https://marysville3rdstfarmersmarket.com/

The Marysville market is sponsored by the City of Marysville and hosted by the 3rd Street Business Association. The weekly market will continue through Aug. 25.
