Avoid traffic 'jam' during Marysville Strawberry Festival Grand Parade

Parade Route Map for Outreach

As the Marysville Strawberry Festival approaches, we urge residents and visitors to plan ahead for road closures associated with the Grand Parade on Saturday, June 17.

Key road closures

  • State Avenue from 80th Street south to 4th Street will be closed starting at 4 p.m., as staging begins for the Grand Parade.
  • State Avenue from 76th Street south to 4th Street will be closed along the Grand Parade route.

Neighborhood access

Residents and business employees in neighborhoods north of 4th Street and east of State Avenue to 47th Avenue will have local access only during the parade.

Timing and reopening

The parade is expected to conclude around 8 p.m., at which point roadways will reopen for normal traffic flow.

The Marysville Strawberry Festival takes place June 10-18. This beloved summer spectacular, in existence since 1932, is produced and managed by a dedicated group of community volunteers. Find the full schedule of events and more details at https://www.marysvillestrawberryfest.com/
