Description:  Administrative Binding Site Plan and Planned Residential Development approval in order to subdivide 5.38 acres into 23 lots and associated improvements.  The existing single family residence and outbuildings will be demolished.  

Appeals:   Final approval will be granted unless an appeal requesting a public hearing is filed within 14-days of the date of this notice.  Grounds for appeal shall be limited to the provisions outlined in MMC 22G.010.550.  An appeal must be accompanied by a filing fee of $500.00, and be filed in writing at the City of Marysville Community Development Department, 501 Delta Avenue, Marysville WA 98270.  The appeal must be received no later than 4 p.m. on July 12, 2023
