Marysville recruiting for new Youth Action Committee

Youth Action Committee 2023

Join us for open house (with pizza!) Sept. 19

To give youth a broader voice and greater understanding of their community, the City of Marysville is launching a new Youth Action Committee. This program is open to youth in grades 9-12 who live in the 98270 and 98271 zip codes.

To learn more about this volunteer leadership opportunity and the application process, come to an open house from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, at the Marysville Community Center, 1015 State Ave. Applications will be available at the open house.

Youth will have the opportunity to ask questions, while parents and guardians will learn how they can support their students in this program. We’ll bring the pizza!
