I want to address the City Council on an issue. How do I do that?
If you want to address an issue that is scheduled for a public hearing or that is open for public input (see the council agenda for information), plan to attend the Council meeting and speak during the public comment period. If you want to speak regarding another issue that is not on the agenda, you are invited to speak during the audience participation period at the beginning of each regular Council business meeting.
