Weather-related update from City of Marysville

City news releases Posted on December 12, 2025

City staff continue to monitor weather conditions and assess impacts to city roads and facilities. Emergency Management and other staff have been on call 24/7. While conditions are improving, there is still some risk of flooding tonight and into the weekend. Conditions near waterways may change quickly. Please use caution, watch for ponding on roadways, and obey all closure signs.

152nd Street NE remains closed between Strawberry Fields Athletic Center and 67th Avenue until further notice. Snohomish County is responsible for this stretch of roadway and is working with the Department of Ecology to plan for road repair. We do not have an estimated date for reopening.

Ebey Waterfront Trail and Park remain closed until further notice. After the threat of flooding eases, we expect it to take some time to reopen to the public.

The Marysville Emergency Weather Shelter is open tonight at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 7215 51st Ave. N.E. Guests can check in between 7 and 9:30 p.m.
