Just before 5:00 P.M., Monday evening, a male subject entered the Coastal Community Bank located in the 300 block of State Ave., in Marysville. The suspect presented a bank teller with a note demanding money. The robber implied he had a weapon although none was observed.

The suspect fled the bank. A K-9 track was unsuccessful.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the robber and are providing two photos of the suspect taken at the time of the robbery.

Anyone who may recognize the suspect or know anything about the robbery is asked to call Marysville Police detectives at 360.363.8350.

Further inquiries regarding this press release should be directed to Commander Robb Lamoureux.
