[ARCHIVED] Marysville man injured in 2-car collision

On February 18, 2017 @ approximately 8:40 pm, Marysville police officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection 113th Place and 51st Avenue in the City of Marysville.

Vehicle #1 (truck) was negotiating a left turn from 113th Place southbound onto 51st Avenue when Vehicle #2 (car) which was traveling north on 51st Avenue collided with the left front portion of Vehicle #1.

The 27-year-old resident of Marysville, who was driving Vehicle #2, was transported to Colby Campus with facial injuries and a possible broken leg.

It is not known at this time whether alcohol or drugs were a contributing factor in this collision.

Investigation continues with the Marysville Investigation Unit (CIU).
