NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is requesting Multi-family Site Plan Approval with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review in order to construct 288 multifamily units within six (6) buildings on 11.51 acres. The project contains one (1) Category IV wetland on-site in the northeast portion of the site, and three (3) off-site wetlands that were not formally delineated. Two access points are proposed, the first via 172nd Street NE and the second via a new access road being constructed west of the existing service station. Project will construct associated improvements, including clearing, grading, and utility and roadway extensions, as well as critical area and buffer restoration and enhancement.
