Make it a Merrysville holiday weekend!

With our name beginning in ‘Merry,’ it’s no surprise that Marysville is the place to be for a jolly holiday weekend Dec. 7 and 8. Bring your friends and family for festive fun in downtown Marysville! 

Saturday, Dec. 7

4-8 p.m.Holiday Market
Comeford Park, State Avenue & 5th Street
Craft and food vendors, live music, photo opportunities, live reindeer, magical 'snow' flurries; free train rides until 6 p.m. 

6:30 p.m. Electric Lights Parade
State Avenue, southbound from 9th to 6th streets (Comeford Park)

7:15 p.m.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive via Marysville Fire District ladder truck 
Grand Tree Lighting with Mayor Nehring in Comeford Park

Sunday, Dec. 8
8:30 a.m. 

Heroes and Hoops Charity Basketball Tournament
Totem Middle School, 1605 7th St. 
Donations benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital and Toys for Tots. 
Participating teams include Marysville Police, Marysville Professional Firefighters Local Fire 3219, Arlington Police, Everett Police, Shoreline Professional Firefighters Local Fire 1760, Snohomish County Sheriff and Tulalip Police.

12-5 p.m.

3rd Street Shopper Sunday and Cookie Walk
3rd Street and State Avenue
Free! Bring your family to 3rd Street to get a cookie box, then visit a dozen local businesses to receive a cookie from each one. Artisan vendors, photo opportunities and special shopping promotions available in select participating businesses.  

6 p.m.

Elvis Holiday Show 
Marysville Opera House, 1225 3rd St. 
Danny Vernon, award-winning Elvis tribute artist, transports you to another era of holiday charm. Dinner and show $35 in advance; beer and wine available for purchase.
