How to Check the Status of your Subpoenaed Court Case:
If you received a subpoena requiring you to appear in court, you can check the
Trial Status for Witnesses page to see whether the case is still scheduled.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Find your court date on the subpoena you received.
2. Find the Jury Trial Dates that match the date(s) on your subpoena.
3. Check the status:
If the case appears on the list, the case is still scheduled, and you must appear in court
If the case is "struck out", you do not need to appear in court
