Notice is hereby given that on November 14, 2023, an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department seeking Binding Site Plan, subdivision, and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review and approval of a 67-unit Planned Residential Development (PRD) and associated improvements.  The existing single-family residence and associated out-buildings on site will be demolished.

Existing Environmental Documents:  SEPA Environmental Checklist, Critical Areas Review, Geotechnical Assessment, Traffic Impact Analysis, Stormwater Drainage Report

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by

4:30 PM on December 6, 2023.
