NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a 3-lot short plat. The existing residence would be retained on proposed Lot 1; the development anticipated on Lots 2 and 3 would also be for single family residential. The proposed lots would be accessed via an access tract off of 48th Dr. NE. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.
