The applicant is proposing a non-project action Binding Site Plan (BSP) to subdivide the existing 12.54-acre parcel into (2) parcels. The site contains an existing commercial/light industrial development, Ziply Fiber, existing site improvements include: commercial building, parking & outdoor storage areas, access roads, storm ponds and landscaping. No additional commercial build-out is proposed with this application; future site-specific development on Lot 2 would be reviewed under separate land use application.
