NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a Planned Residential Development and Binding Site Plan for the creation of (62) residential lots on approximately 5.79 acres. The development is a mixture of townhomes and single family homes; (57) of the lots will be attached townhome units with (5) single family homes.
The subject property contains a Category III wetland which is proposed to be filled with development; compensatory mitigation via contribution to Snohomish Basin Wetland Mitigation Bank is proposed.
