NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an open record public hearing before the Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers for the following proposal:

Project Title:                          Lake Stevens and Lakewood School District Capital Facilities Plans 

Proponents:                           Lake Stevens School District and Lakewood School Districts 

Proposal Summary:               Approval of the Lake Stevens and Lakewood School Districts’ 2024– 2029 Capital Facilities Plans (CFPs) as a sub-element of the Capital Facilities Element of the Marysville Comprehensive Plan and establishing the collection and imposition of school impact fees.

Open Record Public Hearing: The public hearing will take place in person at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom/teleconference. The City’s project manager will attend in person; however, other staff, the applicant, and the public may attend either in person or via Zoom.
