NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing an 11-lot residential subdivision with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review. The existing residence is to be retained on proposed Lot 8. The project site includes (2) Category III wetlands that are proposed to be filled with development; compensatory mitigation via purchase of mitigation bank credits is proposed. Access is proposed through the extension of internal roads off of 44^th St NE and 40^th St NE through the adjacent development, Village at Creekside (PA23-005), which is currently under construction. 

SEPA Review: Based on the submitted application and available information, the City anticipates issuing an (M)DNS for this proposal and the optional (M)DNS process as specified in WAC 197.11.355 is being utilized.  Consequently, this may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.  This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. A copy of the subsequent SEPA threshold determination for the proposal may be obtained upon request. A decision on this application will be made within 120 days from the date of completeness.

Public Comment Period: Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 4:00 PM on November 26, 2025.
