NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

The applicant is proposing a 5-lot short plat for single family residential use. Lot 1 would access directly off of 71st Ave NE with Lots 2 – 5 accessing via a proposed private access tract from 71st Ave NE. Pursuant to MMC 22E.030.090, the project is exempt from SEPA review.

Existing Environmental Documents: Geotechnical Report, Preliminary Drainage Report, Critical Area Assessment

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on March 25, 2024.
