NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is proposing a 59-lot subdivision of approximately 13.09 acres; an existing residence is to be retained on proposed Lot 50. Lots 1 - 47 are proposed on parcels north of 44th St NE with Lots 48 - 59 located on a parcel south of 44th St NE.
The subject property contains Category II and Category III wetlands with Category II and Category III wetlands located just off-site. The applicant has the intent of using buffer width averaging to accommodate the proposed development; compensatory mitigation via buffer enhancement is proposed.
