Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 13-lot single family residential subdivision; the existing residence is to be retained on proposed lot 9. The project site includes a portion of a Category II wetland and its associated buffer along with geological hazard areas for steep slopes. The applicant has the intent of using buffer width averaging to accommodate portions of the proposed development; compensatory mitigation via buffer addition and enhancement is proposed.
Open Record Public Hearing: The public hearing will take place in person at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom/teleconference. The Hearing Examiner and the City’s project manager will attend in person; however, other staff, the applicant, and the public may attend either in person or via Zoom.
