Proposal: The applicant is proposing construction of a new approximately 4,000 square foot convenience store and Chevron branded service station with canopy and four (4) fuel islands, totaling eight (8) pumps. The applicant is seeking Commercial Site Plan approval and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review and approval of proposal and associated improvements. Access will be via 67th Avenue and 100th Street NE, with restricted access to 100th Street NE.
Open Record Public Hearing: The public hearing will take place in person at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom/teleconference. The Hearing Examiner and City’s project manager will attend in person; however, other staff, the applicant, and the public may attend either in person or via Zoom.
