NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an open record public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers for the following proposal:
Purpose: The Planning Commission will review a proposed ordinance regarding the appointment, removal, and jurisdiction of the Hearing Examiner under permit number CA24-007). The Council Chambers are handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 48-hour advance notice. Contact the City Clerk’s Office at 360.363.8000.
Open Record Public Hearing: The public hearing will take place in person at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom/teleconference. The Community Development Director will attend in person; however, other staff, the applicant, and the public may attend either in person or via Zoom.
