NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE HEARING EXAMINER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an open record public hearing will be held before the Hearing Examiner to consider the appeal of a State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA) Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) and the proposed 59-lot Planned Residential Development Subdivision.  The hearing will be held on Thursday, January 16^th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – Council Chambers and via Zoom (link below).
