Applicant has requested Commercial Site Plan approval and State Environmental Policy Act review in order to construct a 33,000 square foot (SF) auto dealership for sales and service. A separate Boundary Line Adjustment will be submitted to create a 6.8 acre parcel for the auto dealership, with the remainder of the site set aside for future development.
Access is proposed via a shared driveway with Honda to the north, and a second driveway further south on Smokey Point Blvd.
