NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that an open record public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM to consider the following proposal:

Project Title: Code Amendment for Garage Sale Sign
Proponent: City of Marysville
Project Location: Non-project action
Proposal: Amend Marysville Municipal Code (MMC) Chapter 22C.010.070(9) to align garage sale regulations with current temporary sign rules. The inconsistent garage sale sign provisions will be removed, with a reference added to temporary sign regulations. Additional amendments align garage sale duration and frequency requirements with the temporary use code (MMC 22C.110.030(7)) and clarify that a garage sale is an allowed residential use.

The Planning Commission Meeting is a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting. Commissioners, staff and the public are welcome to attend in-person or via Zoom. The meeting will be conducted at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – City Hall Council Chambers.
