NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:

Notice is hereby given that on May 17, 2023, an application was made to the City of Marysville Community Development Department seeking approval of Site Plan approval with State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review for the construction of 247-unit townhome development on approximately 19.52 acres and associated improvements. The project is proposed to be constructed in five (5) phases, each phase constructing about 50 units and taking approximately one year to complete.  

Existing Environmental Documents:  SEPA Environmental Checklist, Geotechnical Assessment, Traffic Impact Analysis, Critical Areas Report, Stormwater Drainage Report  

Public Hearing: N/A

Public Comment Period:  Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by

5:00 PM on June 15, 2023.
