NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that an open record public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 6:30 PM to consider the following proposals:

Project Title: State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Code Clean-up Amendment
Proponent: City of Marysville
Project Location: Non-project action. Standards apply city-wide.
Proposal: Amendment to Marysville Municipal Code (MMC) Section 22E.030.180 of Chapter 22E.030, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), to have appeals of a SEPA Determination of Significance considered by the Hearing Examiner rather than by City Council.

PUBLIC NOTICE: The Planning Commission Meeting is a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting. Commissioners, staff and the public are welcome to attend in-person or via Zoom. The meeting will be conducted at 501 Delta Avenue, 2nd Floor – City Hall Council Chambers.
Anyone wishing to provide written or verbal public comment must pre-register by contacting the Staff Contact for the agenda item outlined above by 4PM on Monday, July 10, 2023.
