   Welcome to the annual EGGstravaganza Egg Hunt! For 2026, the egg hunt will take place on Saturday April 4th from 10am-11am in Jennings Memorial Park.

   Please complete the below information for consideration in this year's event. 

   Applications are due by 5pm on March 27th.

14. Description of Booth Content and FREE Activity:*

    All booths must have FREE on-site services or a FREE activity that engages the participant. COMPLIMENTARY items are also permitted. The nature of this event is to get participants active and engaged, not just handing out pamphlets.

18. Guidelines

    • All exhiborts must stay for the entire duration of the event 10:00am-11:00am. Set-up will be between 8:30am and 9:30am. Break down will be from 11:00am-12:00 pm.
    • Exhibitors will be required to bring their own set-up including tables, chairs, and tents.
    • This is a free event for participants. Sales or fundraisers are not permitted at the event.
    • This is a family friendly event. All activities must be generally consider family friendly.
    • If you would like to offer food or food products, please speak with the event organizer prior to the event. 
    • Attendance at the event cannot be predicted. Press releases as well as other forms of advertising will be provided by the City of Marysville. Exhibitors are also encouraged to advertise the event.
    • There is an "Easter Bunny" provided by the City of Marysville. Please do not have anyone dressed as an Easter Bunny. All individuals in costume must be approved by the City of Marysville's Park, Culture & Recreation Dept.

    Waiver

    I have read and understand the City of Marysville's guidelines as stated above. For and in consideration of the opportunity offered to participate in the Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt. I, as evidenced by my signature below, do hereby hold harmless, release and waive all claims I may have against the City of Marysville, it's officials, employees, agents, or contracted instructors, and any other person(s) involved for any and all injuries, losses or damages suffered by me as a result of my participation. I accept full responsibility for the cost of treatment for any injury, losses or damages suffered.

    I grant the City of Marysville, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-registered program. I authorize the City of Marysville, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that City of Marysville may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.
