NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL:
The applicant is requesting Preliminary Short Subdivision Approval for a 5-lot short subdivision of a 2.42-acre property in the NR-6.5 zone. The existing single-family residence will be relocated, and all other existing accessory structures will be removed. The proposal includes construction of five (5) single-family homes and one (1) duplex. Proposed access to Lots 4–6 will be provided from 32nd Place NE, while access to Lots 1–3 will be provided from Tract 997 (auto court). In addition, 74th Drive NE will be extended to 73rd Drive NE to establish a connection between the two streets. The project contains one (1) Type F stream known as King Creek. The project will construct associated improvements, including clearing, grading, and utility and roadway extensions, as well as critical area and buffer restoration and enhancement.
A decision will be made on this development application in accordance with the timelines established in MMC 22G.010.090
